I use Pulse for understanding customer voice and insights, and I really appreciate how it collates all the feedback from different client calls. As a product manager, I like the way it organizes user feedback for me. The initial setup was pretty simple too.

The classification Copilot is similar—it lets us quickly analyze and identify trends in our data without needing to use separate tools like LLMs or Spreadsheets.

Once connected to the data sources, it works seamlessly without any manual intervention.
