I use it for each one of my meetings every single day. Integrating is quick and effortless. Adoption took us literally a day or two.
You would think how one could differ from the thousand other Ai meeting notetakers, but Proshort goes way beyond that. It links with CRM, takes forward context, uses internal organization information fed into it for custom challenge and pain point solutions for clients, and more.
It has dashboards that can drive standups, focus on goal achievement, and also shares persona based feedback.
Customer support is excellent and the team is extremely agile and supportive.

Quick Recaps, Clear Insights, Better Prep
I like Proshort and moved from Read AI because it provides a complete summary of calls with clear subdivisions. This makes it easier to track the tools used, challenges discussed, and other important details. As an active user, it simplifies my work by giving reminders before meetings, offering a quick recap of previous conversations, and helping me stay prepared. I can also easily search for past conversations, rewatch them if needed, and even view just what one person said without having to listen to the entire call.
