It's hard to narrow down what I liked best given the superlative experience, but I'd say the people. The Propllr team deeply cares about their clients and good communication. It was always a joy to talk through new ideas with them.

Propllr also quickly adapted content and writing style per our buyer's journey and content strategy. This team works hard to get us coverage across the spectrum and is creative to get lots of stories. Having worked with - and been frustrated by - big agencies who only want "the big story" Propllr is able to get us a ton of trade and local press and has used that to spin up big time stories as well. Additionally, their content arm created readable, engaging content.
