They incorporate updates and improvements almost every week, both at the product level and in visualization, consumption, and data export. Initially, the CEO responded directly to my emails, and now we have a Spanish support team that works wonderfully. They have also added API and MCP to better integrate the data. Probably the most useful feature for us is Crawler logs.
