The prompt tracking is what we actually log in for. We monitor 60 prompts around our category and we can finally see which ones surface us in ChatGPT and Perplexity versus which ones only ever return competitors that's the input we were missing when deciding what to write next. The Citations Analysis view is the part that changed our workflow: instead of guessing, we can see which page types and third-party sources are actually being pulled into answers, so our content briefs are now built backwards from citations rather than from keyword volume. Agent Analytics was the unexpected one. The UI is dense but readable, and share of voice plus sentiment per platform is something we now drop straight into our monthly reporting without reformatting anything.

The tool is easy to use and provides key insights into GEO performance over time. When I ran into issues, both customer support and technical support responded quickly and resolved them. They continue to expand the platform with new features every month. The data feels reliable, and the AI-driven conclusions help me better understand what certain metrics actually mean. There are plenty of integrations for crawler logs, plus a native MCP for (for example) Claude. The main downside is that tokens get depleted quickly. It’s a bit pricey, but I think it’s worth it because the dashboarding is excellent.

I've found the functionality useful, particularly pertaining to Reddit citations, which is my key focus of the business. I've looked at other providers and PromptWatch is good value. It does the job, allows me to give accurate insights for partners.
