What I like the most about Promptwatch is that it not only allows me to monitor and analyse my AI visibility against competitors, but it also provides me with actionable recommendations that I can inmediately apply making it very useful for me. The support team is always very quick and responsive, making it very easy for me to understand every feature of the platform and all the new updates released. Also, compared to other tools, they have the cleanest and most intuitive interface.

After conducting significant research on different tools, I believe this one offers the best value for money and features. They incorporate updates and improvements almost every week, both at the product level and in visualization, consumption, and data export. Initially, the CEO responded directly to my emails, and now we have a Spanish support team that works wonderfully. They have also added API and MCP to better integrate the data. Probably the most useful feature for us is Crawler logs.
