One of the biggest advantages is the availability of training and support materials, making it straightforward for new users to become familiar with the platform. Another significant benefit is the Project Insight team's commitment to understanding an organization's unique environment and adapting their guidance to support user adoption and business needs. What I found most helpful is the level of support provided by the staff. They take the time to understand requirements and use cases, and they work collaboratively to identify practical solutions for integrations, configuration, and development needs. Their responsiveness and willingness to help have been valuable in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing use of the platform.

Robust and Flexible Tool for Complex Project Management

I like Project Insight for its robust API, which allows for seamless integration with QuickBooks and time tracking. The flexibility to integrate with line-of-business (LOB) apps is another aspect I find valuable, especially for managing billing and time tracking efficiently. This integration capability was a key factor for us switching from MS Project, which lacked extensibility.

Empowers Complex Event Coordination with Ease

I have been using Project Insight to manage our Professional Development 1-Day Seminars, and it's been a valuable tool for coordinating complex event planning activities. It has significantly improved our collaboration, task tracking, communication, and overall project visibility across teams, especially since our events involve 10-20 speakers, volunteers, multiple planning teams, and over 200 attendees. I appreciate the centralized project management features that make it easier to coordinate responsibilities, monitor timelines, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the planning process. After an hour of training provided by Project Insight, it was easy to set up the project.
