Customizable, Efficient, and User-Friendly for Large Teams

I really appreciate how efficient Project Insight is for our department. We really like the dashboard reporting side of it because it's highly customizable compared to other tools. It gives us bigger visibility, especially for leadership, breaking down to the tiniest project. I also use it to predict our future budgets and manage capacity resource-wise, and it has helped streamline a lot of things. It's very user-friendly, quick, and easy to learn. The exceptional trainings and the ongoing support from the leadership in sync with our implementation process are fantastic. The initial setup was smooth due to their prior government experience, and they were clear from the start about what was needed from us. I find their organization and support very assuring.

Feature-Rich AI That Solves Scheduling and Resource Challenges

It's feature rich, and uses AI where it actually matters. For example, solving real problems with scheduling and resources. Their support team is also highly responsive, and I always get my questions answered promptly.

Intuitive PM Tool with Effective Reporting, Minor Display Hiccups

The number one thing I like about Project Insight is its ease of use. It's very user intuitive. It allows the project resources to update the status of their own tasks, so we're always getting the most recent updates without the need for a meeting to ask everyone where they're current status. Instead, it's nice to go into a meeting and have all of those updates already done from the team members.
