Feature-Rich AI That Solves Scheduling and Resource Challenges

It's feature rich, and uses AI where it actually matters. For example, solving real problems with scheduling and resources. Their support team is also highly responsive, and I always get my questions answered promptly.

Intuitive PM Tool with Effective Reporting, Minor Display Hiccups

The number one thing I like about Project Insight is its ease of use. It's very user intuitive. It allows the project resources to update the status of their own tasks, so we're always getting the most recent updates without the need for a meeting to ask everyone where they're current status. Instead, it's nice to go into a meeting and have all of those updates already done from the team members.

Project Insight is user-friendly and easy to learn, which helped accelerate adoption across our organization. One of the biggest advantages is the availability of training and support materials, making it straightforward for new users to become familiar with the platform. Another significant benefit is the Project Insight team's commitment to understanding an organization's unique environment and adapting their guidance to support user adoption and business needs. What I found most helpful is the level of support provided by the staff. They take the time to understand requirements and use cases, and they work collaboratively to identify practical solutions for integrations, configuration, and development needs. Their responsiveness and willingness to help have been valuable in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing use of the platform.
