Easy to use system with excellent support

|Princeton TMX
We have multiple business units with different strategies, but the flexibitly to configure settings independently allows each to operate as desired in a single environment. It has been extremely benficial for all of our freight to be in one place as it saves our carrier partners a considerable amount of time. Likewise, our dispatch teams are more efficient in the day to day operations compared to our previous system. The ongoing support we have received with training and problem solving has been amazing and instrumental to our success.
