Top-notch support for a great TMS

Princeton’s customer support is extraordinary, even after the production and roll out phases of the system implementation. I like that information is consolidated in a central location and I don’t have to search for answers. In addition, all of the company users and carriers are impressed with the how easy PTMX is to use and appreciate the simplicity of its layout. Efficiency is paramount!
