They are extremely humble and receptive to feedback, especially when it comes to identifying and resolving bugs and issues with the data. The initial setup of PredictLeads was easy too.

What I like best about PredictLeads is the quality and freshness of the data. It helps us find relevant company signals and job openings more efficiently, which is especially useful when working with larger volumes of data. It saves time compared to manual research and makes it easier to build repeatable processes around company and job tracking. Their support team is also great and always very quick to help with any support we need.

Hands down, PredictLeads is our most responsive vendor (and we have many). If there is an issue with the data or a data delivery, the SLA is 24 hours. Whenever we have a question or need something like a schema for a particular dataset, they respond within an hour or two. There is no anonymous ticket, no AI agent, or anything else. We have a rep (the best) and access to senior management if needed. We have regular check-ins where we can specifically ask for certain types of data or expansion into other markets. They are consistent. Data deliveries are never late. Data quality is excellent. If there are no surprises (for example, if there is an impending schema change, we are notified in advance). Additionally, the initial delivery setup was seamless and fast. We signed the agreement, set up the delivery bucket, received the test file, confirmed it met our standards, and received the full data delivery all within a one week timeframe. This is lightning fast compared to other data providers, who can take up to a month (or more) for the same process. The data delivery was smooth, matched the schema, did not contain any parsing issues, and had excellent fill rates in every field.
