The representatives seemed to be as lost as I was, struggling to answer even the most basic questions about how the platform works. Whenever I had a question, they would simply defer to someone else who never bothered to call back or offer any assistance whatsoever. Despite completing the seemingly never-ending training, access to crucial parts of the platform remained locked away from me. For around six months, I pleaded and begged for access, sending countless requests and messages. Yet, no one at Clinicsource seemed to have a clue about how to resolve this issue or provide any meaningful support. What's even more infuriating is their relentless pursuit of payment. They continuously sent me emails, requesting money without any follow-through on their end to address my access problems.
