Simple to use and understand. Good for first-time users

We spent a lot of time looking for solutions and BAM was the only one who had a very app first approach and had the ability to make files available offline. Onboarding process was amazing and (i assume) since they're a smaller company they're very attentive to everything and basically accommodated every single feature change and request we asked for.

Tom is very helpful and always very responsive. He is willing to help brainstorm ideas and come up with solutions for the things we want to change.
