My favorite part about POINT is how easy it is to use! As both a volunteer and as an admin. Whenever I've needed to use their support for an admin related issue, they've always had a quick response and are really good about follow up!

Point is easy to navigate even for first time users. I like that we can add it to our website so people can easily sign up after clicking on google.

We are utilizing the groups feature to separate volunteer opportunities to certain demographics of our volunteers. Our volunteers are able to check themselves in and out at a kiosk and it has decreased the amount of work our staff has to do on the back end to keep track of everything.
