I love how once a message has been sent the system shows you how many contacts were successful and failed to let you know the percentage of people actually receiving the message. Also love how you can create templates to cut down on having to write out a new message every time. Customer service is super helpful and resolves any issue in no time! My company frequently uses the system to send out messages from our computers or phones. It's perfect to keep everyone on notice for any RED FLAGS!
