We began using Plan Guru one year ago and couldn't be happier with our decision. We researched various budgeting/forecasting solutions, all of which seemed to be tailored to organizations much larger than ours (we are a 14-location/550-employee organization), and we were quickly priced out. Once we found Plan Guru, we quickly saw that their solution checked all the boxes at a price point we could easily justify. Beyond their offering and price point, we were beyond impressed by their desire to learn about our business and their kindness in scheduling personalized training sessions where they taught us the ins and outs of their solution. We have found Plan Guru to be very well designed and easy to use while still having the ability to execute company wide consolidations and complex forecasting methodologies using our specific KPIs. It is clear that Plan Guru has either thought through nearly every use case or has incorporated customer feedback in their platform updates, as they seem to have thought of it all. Since we began using Plan Guru one year ago, we have progressively experienced tremendous updates with improved functionality regularly. It is great to see that Plan Guru continues to invest in product improvement, and we continue to benefit from this investment. Before using Plan Guru, we attempted to forecast in Excel, however, it became so burdensome and manual in nature that we often took the "same as last year" approach. Recent history has been far from "same as last year," so we are thankful for the fact that Plan Guru has allowed us to forecast much more efficiently and measure our actual performance against budget with relative ease. Using Plan Guru has given us the insight we sought for many years without the massive time burden we became used to. We are grateful for Plan Guru and gladly recommend them to all looking for a top-notch budgeting and forecasting solution.

PlanGuru is a robust application for the money. It is easy to use. Makes budgeting, analysis and forecasting simpler with their many features. You can also take information from many sources. If you have any issues, their customer support is VERY GOOD. They stand behind their product.

PlanGuru is intuitive and effective. It is a tool that is not only tracking budgeting and forecasting but is designed to help you think about these issues. I particularly use the various methods for budgeting. The Excel-Add in moves this tool into one we will use for ongoing analysis. And last - but not least - the support is excellent!
