I used them before, then I tried something else and now I'm back to Phone.com. Besides the very fair pricing they provide the uncomparable customer support! It's always friendly, they will spend as much time as it takes to set you up, to fix any issues and are very happy to have you as a customer! Theyr ave a great new dashboard and new apps! All modern and clean. The value for the price is tremendous!

There has been nothing positive about our experience. The features such as custom waiting music, etc seem cool but we haven't gotten past a functional use stage with this product.

Phone.com has an admin portal that allows you to set up voice mail, multiple lines, etc. Through the admin portal, you are also able to send and receive faxes. It's an excellent service, and we are so happy to have found it.
