OH, my g'ness! It makes renewals so easy! It takes just a short amount of time and devotion to learn, but once you do, life is SO much easier, especially in 4th quarter! I use PQ mostly for fully insured small group quoting and comparison in TX and for that, it's a BREEZE! And on the few level-funded small groups, being able to import the renewal into the current plans is AWESOME! The only issues I have found after using PQ for over 2 years are penny-off (or rounding) discrepancies in prices/rates, which of course are editable, if needed. Customer service, while not immediate, is very helpful and is timely, usually within an hour. I highly recommend PQ for anyone needing help with cross-carrier quoting and/or renewal comparisons!

I love how fast and easy it is to get not only a small group quote from the system but also upload Large group quotes to spreadsheet as well! Not to mention how much faster it is to spread Ancillary too! Their customer service is always amazing! I can always expect a response quicky with wonderful service and support!!
