I took last weekend and got 90% of 1/1 renewals loaded into Perfect quote (our larger groups we did separate because they are self-funded) . This is the first time I have I will have had all of our groups send their renewals by November 1st. I honesty wasn't sure how much time it would save after being jaded from a previous software but it TRULY DID! I was always spreadsheeting into December. I feel so great and have such a handle of where we are in 4th quarter, I actually have time to do more marketing campaigns for potential new sales before the end of the year. I’m usually so overwhelmed with everything renewal related during 4th quarter that marketing has always been really difficult to do, but now I can make it a priority! I’m beyond excited and SOOO grateful for Perfect Quote! It’s a total game changer! And I feel like I’ll be able to enjoy the holidays with my family and actually take a few days off too! A WIN WIN all around! Also, customer service is solid. They respond pretty quickly make sure you issue is solved.

OH, my g'ness! It makes renewals so easy! It takes just a short amount of time and devotion to learn, but once you do, life is SO much easier, especially in 4th quarter! I use PQ mostly for fully insured small group quoting and comparison in TX and for that, it's a BREEZE! And on the few level-funded small groups, being able to import the renewal into the current plans is AWESOME! The only issues I have found after using PQ for over 2 years are penny-off (or rounding) discrepancies in prices/rates, which of course are editable, if needed. Customer service, while not immediate, is very helpful and is timely, usually within an hour. I highly recommend PQ for anyone needing help with cross-carrier quoting and/or renewal comparisons!
