It’s easy to use, and the support team are fantastic. They’re responsive, genuinely take on feedback and regularly implementing improvements across the platform. Like most tools, it relies on teams keeping things updated to stay valuable. It’s a solid platform for embedding OKRs and works well when supported by consistent processes.
