We compared various solutions for a virtual data room and finally decided on Peony. The decisive factor for us was the combination of ease of use, professional presentation, and the security and authorization functions important for controlled document exchange.

It is particularly positive that a data room can be structured and made available to external users very quickly. Even people who do not work with such systems daily can find their way around without lengthy instructions.
