I like how straightforward Pelion IoT Connectivity makes SIM management at scale. The clean and intuitive dashboard allows me to easily check device status, data usage, and connectivity health at a glance. It provides a centralized way to activate, monitor, and control connectivity across our deployed devices, ensuring reliable communication and easier fleet-level management. Pelion also gives us clear visibility into SIM usage and status, helping us quickly identify issues in the field. The platform streamlines activation and configuration, reducing the operational overhead of managing individual SIMs.

Robust Connectivity in Challenging Locations

I like that Pelion IoT Connectivity performs well even in remote locations with poor cellular infrastructure. The support from the Pelion team is also very good, and the cost is very good for us. We appreciate the session data provided by the platform, which helps us find issues related to providers in certain locations. The SIM refresh tool is quite handy for making a new connection when our gateway gets stuck in a bad connection. The initial setup was very easy for us, as we use a Linux-based platform, so we have tools to change connection settings without any effort.

Reliable SIM Cards, But Portal Needs Improving

I like the ease of getting help from the support email and find the SIM cards to be very reliable. The initial setup was very easy.
