Overall, it saves a lot of time in AR and helps prevent manual errors. Those are my two favorite things about it. It’s a great tool, but it’s not perfect. I am only a user, I wasn't part of the negotiations nor I know the price the company pays for it

Excellent integration with NetSuite allows transactions to flow with no manual intervention. We were able to customize our invoice form to include a payment link. The customer can choose from multiple payment options. Their payment is automatically recorded in Netsuite and the deposit record is automatically created when the payment clears. Even the bank reconciliation flows through an automated process so we literally do not have to touch the transaction. Have also had great experience and prompt response from the support team when needed.

I reviewed many different options, and this is one of the few that allows physical checks as part of the process. It simplifies things overall and is easy to manage.
