What makes the most sense for our agency is the HIPPA compliance

Being able to send HIPAA compliant emails without requiring separate portal, allows secure communication without additional barriers for patients. Pricing feels somewhat high for a single provider practice but appreciate peace of mind of having secured email. I completed an onboarding session and found it helpful but need to take more time to explore all of the features. I have not used the AI or integrations yet but would like to learn more. I recall the UI to be a bit confusing initially as far as connecting my email account but have not revisited the portal. Paubox fits easily into my existing workflow because it works in the background with my regular email rather than requiring a separate platform. I use it alongside my EHR, patient communication, and other practice-management tools, and it does not add extra steps to my day-to-day workflow. The biggest benefit is being able to maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant email while continuing to use the tools and email workflow I already have.

The on-line tech support person worked with me step by step to set up my domain of Google Workspace. It was a very pleasant and efficient experience. I am a physician setting up a HIPAA compliant system.
