The onboarding is easy and with a flow, that feels natural. You can learn how the system works even if you’ve never used one before, so training doesn’t take long. The most striking thing for me is the clarity of interface. The lack of a cluttered display maintains the focus. It was particularly useful because I was involving several different tools.

The dashboard itself displays metrics like follower growth and engagement, without requiring to dig deeper or navigating through multiple layers. Someone who lacks technical skill can easily understand the workflow. I like this because the process to setup the entire system is quite simple. Plus, Grow doesn't become too complicated as that is necessary when you have many varieties of teams working with the platform. What surprised me was how little training I had to give. Marketing personnel could easily understand the basic functions and interface without any assistance from people outside the team.
