Being a Senior Marketing Manager in strategy, I find efficiency and scalability to be valuable. The audience acquisition funnel of Path Social is what I probably like the most about it. Using targeting filters, we can narrow down on specific demographics and interest related to competitors. It offloads manual organic outreach, which allows the team to spend time on campaign strategy and creative optimization rather than being involved in routine engagement.

We didn’t adopt it for a fast or aggressive growth, rather consistency. In this respect, it works quietly and effectively in the background. The only thing that stood out was the lack of adjustment needed after the initial setup. Once targeting was set up, the system did the rest of the job. Additionally, this reduced engagement with tactics that were manual in nature which were not always successful and took time.

Our team primarily uses it in the lull between campaign cycles, rather than during the busiest periods of launching a product or service. In that respect, it has worked because growth never completely stops. One small but important point I've noticed: the followers who are coming aren't arriving at random. For a consumer brand, an irrelevant audience creates more noise than value, so this aspect is more important than mere numbers. Also, we no longer have to assign someone internally to manage daily engagement. This change alone has taken some of the operational pressure off the team.
