Quick responses if we ever have any questions, and always more than happy to help. eArcu has a great number of features that have changed the way we recruit, and helped us become more efficent. Rarely is the answer no when we ask about the systems capabilities.

I used eArcu during my time at Virgin Active as the system owner and person responsible for recrutment, as well as part of a HRIS implimentation team. I pretty much lived on the system every day for 4 years. Throughout my time there I had a fantastic experience working with eArcu, particularly with Paul, who had been Virgin Active's account manager for around 7 years by the time I left! Always proactive, knowledgeable, and always available to meet out needs, I really enjoyed my working relationship with Paul. He even popped round to surprise me (organised by my team) on my last day in the business, and I think this example is hopefully something that readers can take away from this review - eArcu were truly partners and I saw them as an extension of my colleagues within the team. Similarly, Liz was the eArcu Project Manager on a particularly tricky ATS/HR system integration. It is important to note tahat this was not tricky because of eArcu, but the other provider. In fact, Liz's support and diligence (and fun nature), made this project far easier than it could have been without her, and I would find myself looking forward to our weekly project catch ups despite the challenges we were having with the project. And, I couldn't forget the support desk team, who were incredibly responsive and efficient - every query handled quickly and effectively. The combination of great people and great service makes eArcu a company I would highly recommend. You cannot beat the joy and relief of having such brilliant account support - thanks to the whole team.

Ability to customize workflows to match hiring processes and automating job posting, screening and interview scheduling to save time during bulk recruitment and including some of the AI job posting features. We have had a few requests where we needed to customize Page up to suit our business needs and Myles Cronin and the Tech support team at page up did a fantastic job to help implement those changes.
