The Pageup Team especially our account manager Utsavi Dwivedi is excellent. PageUp online support team is great. The team has always been very responsive and supportive to changes and improvement initiatives we have requested with our instance of Pageup.

Very user friendly - it is easy to navigate around the system. Customer support - overall is exceptional. My Customer Success Manager is always willing to assist and will provide insights, ideas and solutions. The technical support whether via the ticket system or live support is also excellent, the turnaround times, advice/solutions provided are spot on. Forward Thinking - PageUp are always looking ahead for new features to incorporate and/or how to improve existing features. I really like the community feedback function where you can raise ideas which are reviewed and considered. Integration - we have two-way integration with other external providers as well as integrating with our HRIS system - which has been very beneficial in terms of efficiencies.
