I like that OrgChart has a lot of versatility and integrates well with our HRIS. It's user-friendly for what we needed. I also want to give a shoutout to my Implementation Specialist, Jonathan Arana, who made life a lot easier and patiently walked us through how to use the platform.

The implementation was a bit complicated, but they helped us work through it. They were very patient and made sure everything was set up correctly. What impressed me most was that they didn’t push to simply check the boxes and move us on to the next step until it was truly right. That level of care is rare, and I really appreciated it.
