With Quotes, we can generate a quote, send it for e-signature, and automatically convert it into a new subscription, making our contract management process far more efficient. Our customers also benefit from the Customer Portal, where they can view usage and invoice details directly. This has reduced the number of inquiries we receive and saves us time generating that information. Finally, the customer support is excellent.
