I use Ontraport as my CRM to manage my massively growing email list and all of our members for my company, Infinite Leads. I love its dynamic CMS platform that lets us build pages on the fly and change them instantly, which our members adore. It's also the only CRM I know of that has it, and that's pretty cool. The automation sequences are really user-friendly, allowing you to see what's going to happen and put in forks in the process with multiple paths, which is why it's my favorite among automations. Another major plus is that Ontraport covers so many bases all together and does it well. It's amazing that it includes affiliate tracking systems, probably one of the best I've seen. I also really love the integration aspects, especially with webhooks and AI tools like Claude for running reports quickly. The initial setup was a breeze, and I enjoy how it has grown with my business. I also appreciate their support team, who quickly solve any little glitches I run into.

It basically has all my workflow and automations in one system as well as payment.

It just works for what I need in my business. The integrations are great, the help library covers every subject I’ve needed, and if I’m still stuck, the support team is extremely helpful as well.
