Forms are one of the most underrated parts of Ontraport. You can build one and it just works, without fighting CSS or worrying about third-party plugin conflicts the way you often do with a lot of WordPress form tools. Custom objects have been a game-changer for client work as well; they give me the flexibility to model a business’s real data structure instead of forcing everything into a generic contact/deal schema. That matters a lot when clients have unusual sales processes or need to track things beyond standard CRM fields. The automation builder is also powerful enough to handle genuinely complex workflows—multi-step campaigns, conditional logic, lead scoring—without needing custom code. That lets me build sophisticated systems for clients quickly, and then maintain them without relying on a large dev team. Cost-effectiveness as clients scale is another major advantage. Rather than clients outgrowing the platform and facing a painful migration once they hit a certain size, Ontraport tends to grow with them, which saves everyone the cost and disruption of switching systems later. Support has been genuinely helpful too. When I’ve needed to escalate something technical, I’ve gotten real answers instead of being bounced around a ticket queue.
