User-Friendly OCTA Flow That Smooths Month-End Close and Reconciliations

I love everything about OCTA Flow, and I use it most days. They’re constantly upgrading the platform and making improvements, and it’s very user-friendly. Right from month-end close, expense categorization, AP and AR reviews, to reconciliations, most of our financial procedures have been smooth since onboarding. The setup didn’t take long to click, and once it did, the skills just fit into how we already worked. The ease of navigation is what stands out most for me. Results are always on point and give you space to actually review and check them, rather than just handing you an answer and expecting you to trust it blindly. I’ve used AI tools before, but the level of specificity to accounting firms is something I’ve only seen with OCTA Flow.

OCTA Flow Brings Consistent Client Attention with a Smooth, Usable Interface.

What this really gave us is fairness across our client base. Every client gets the same level of attention now, regardless of how the week is going internally, and that consistency is quietly becoming part of our reputation. Deciding which account needs a gentle nudge and which needs a real conversation is still ours to make, and that’s exactly the kind of judgment I want to keep being trusted with. Even with regard to usability, interface as well as navigation I feel OCTA Flow is very smooth.

As a small practice, quality used to depend on which of us touched a given client that week. The Month End Close skill in OCTA Flow defines exactly what needs to happen and what the deliverable should look like, regardless of who’s overseeing that client’s file, and OCTA Flow holds context specific to each one, so it isn’t re-learning our chart of accounts every time we run it. That memory across engagements matters more than I expected it to.
