It builds NovoGov, operations-management software for local governments, delivered on the company's ShareNet cloud platform. NovoGov gives cities, counties, towns, and utilities one configurable, web and mobile system to manage assets, work orders, inspections, citizen requests, and community development tasks like code enforcement, permitting, and licensing. Public works, highway, and utility teams use it to track roads, signs, stormwater, water and wastewater, fleet, facilities, parks, and solid waste; schedule preventive maintenance; capture labor, parts, and material costs for budgets, FEMA, and grant reporting; and complete work in the field with photos.
