Great customer support and implementations team who can help with issues and any new changes both. It allows you to integrate with quite a few other applications and create some reallly useful dashboards. We use it heavily at our organization and we like the fact that Noggin keeps improving the product with enhancements and new features taking customer feedback into consideration. Noggin system has been stable and is very reliable.
