User-Friendly ACH Payments with Great Customer Service
It is very user friendly and with the free start up service it lets me get my business started using ACH payments without the heavy up front costs allowing me to grow into it. I have not linked it with my Quickbooks as i still have the Desktop version but very excited for the partnership into the future with Nickel. Also allows more then one business to operate with one platform. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Simple, Affordable Invoicing Solution
I really appreciate Nickel's low cost and simplicity. The setup was dead simple because I don't have to link it to QB, which keeps everything straightforward. I like that I can send reminders for payments without having to resend the entire invoice, which feels less pushy and more friendly.

I love that Nickel does not charge outrageous fees or subject users to absurd PCI requirements for using their website-based system. That they do not charge any fees for ACH is so refreshing when competitors (and businesses) typically charge them. Complicated PCI DSS compliance makes no sense when users are not required to save any data locally when using an online processing portal, and yet competitors subject users to confusing, annual gauntlets of questions which do not apply.
