I used to use Quickbooks for Invoicing. They continuously went up on their prices every year and I suddenly realized I had paid close to $1000 just in ACH transaction fees on my invoices last year - by switching to Nickel I save that much money every year. Nickel is also better for the clients that pay me as well - they are immediately given the option to pay via credit card and pay the extra fee on my behalf or pay for free via ACH. With Quickbooks, I would have had to ask them how they want to pay and if they wanted to pay via credit card, I'd have to go back and add it to the invoice and send it back to the client. Now with Nickel, there's none of that back and forth. It's just a lot simpler. Plus, it still flawlessly connects to my Quickbooks so none of my bookkeeping is messed up with Quickbooks. Nickel is easier for me, is better for my clients, and saves me money and time. Would highly recommend it to any freelancer or business!

I like Nickel's easy-to-use payment portal because it allows our customers to pay without sharing their credit card information and they can pay remotely. I appreciate Nickel's pricing structure, which is very cost-efficient for small businesses for processing ACH debits and making ACH credit payments. The interface is also good. We're trying Nickel Balance for faster payments and a bit of extra interest. I think Nickel is a great platform because of its responsive website and the free ACH payments. The ability to use a payment portal with a custom domain name makes it secure and convenient for our customers. Additionally, having API compatibility is good for our future growth and development. The cost structure, the responsive website, and good customer service influenced our decision to use Nickel. The initial setup was easy, which worked great for us.
