Affordable, Self-Managed Storage Solution
I like that Nextcloud offers a self-managed alternative to Google Drive and Dropbox with unlimited storage for cheap. The management and setup are easy, and the client is decent. It just works. I also appreciate the multiple OS support, which means I can access shared files from my mobile phone without much hassle. The setup in a self-hosted environment is quite easy, and it doesn't require much upkeep to keep it running.

Empowers Private and Efficient File Management
I really value using Nextcloud to organize all my files on a cloud service. One of the best parts is having a private instance managed by myself, which isn't hosted by any other company. I mainly enjoy using the files and photos feature, and I also like the dashboard, which gives me an overview of what was done recently. I find the calendar and contacts features quite useful too, even though I only use them sometimes. The initial setup of Nextcloud was very easy.
