I like the platform itself for its ease of use and the way it distributes information. I find the ability to share many files quickly and with various people very valuable, keeping everything centralized. The community also contributes a lot, and they accept these contributions. The solution works very well for sharing files with remote and local teams, which is great because we have people working in different areas of the country.

Privacy-friendly and expandable, but improvements in appointment management needed
I appreciate the easy operation of Nextcloud with a simple, self-explanatory, and cleanly structured user interface. The expansion possibilities are great, as I can install additional plugins to tailor Nextcloud to my own needs, especially regarding security and schedule management. Privacy-friendliness is of great importance to me, as I can install Nextcloud on my own server and the data is not shared with third parties. The installation was straightforward, which is also a plus.
