Their customer service and user-centric approach has truly stood out. Everything from initial demos, onboarding, and continual support has been an excellent experience. I've had a positive rapport with everyone I've interacted at NetX and it really makes a huge difference to actually look forward to communicating with them. I'm also very impressed with the approach to their product. Core functionality that comes standard is expansive, and does almost everything you'd want a digital asset management system to do "straight out of the box". There really isn't a need to "build" additional custom functionality to make it work for you. When they do add new functionality, it gets built into a new release and all clients get to benefit. Lastly, they have a lot of experience working with cultural heritage institutions and understand all the unique requirements, integrations, and related software specific to this sector.

The Netx user interface is very clean and intuitive which allows people of varying technical experience to quickly learn how to use Netx. The brand portals are especially great and make the DAM look and feel like a website. Even the least tech-savvy people will feel at home using the Next brand portal interface.
