Intuitive UI and Easy Integrations, But Permissions and Bulk Tasks Need Work
The UI is fairly easy to intuit, with drag and drop making it easy to upload assets. The API makes custom-built integrations a breeze. While the service is sometimes sluggish when doing heavy lifting by our power users, most of our users don't experience any performance issues.
