The product simply works. Yes, it may not have much of an end user UX, but that is where it shines. With it running on the GApps system level, onboarding new users is simple. Emails and meetings are logged seamlessly, and since it is the standard activty/task object, reporting is simple! Their onboarding team did their job well and we completed having the system up and running in under a month. More importantly, their Account Management team has been consistently proactive. I hope they do not lose this shine when they continue to grow their customer list.

The implementation team is really hands on guides you through the process. The output of their solution is immediately present in Salesforce. Data is easily accessible. Customer Support has been very attentive. The "Job Change" functionality seems to be accurate unlike other solutions.
