It's mostly hands-off, but in a good way. We use Nektar for a few specific use cases, but they are super proactive when it comes to discovering other areas they can help. It's nice that I can join a call with them, tell them the problems we are trying to solve, and leave it to them to offer up ways that Nektar can possibly solve our problem. I've used tools in that past where we had little configuration say and this is probably the first time I'm actually comfortable with it.

Nektar is easy to use with the help of a great account team. Nektar gives us unique data points (which I have not been able to track in the past) related to our activity data in SFDC. Nektar's activity metrics have helped us build pipeline, close revenue and understand what separates top sellers and use those learnings to improve our Enablement.

They have helped us build custom logging mechanisms for activities and Opportunity Contact Roles.
