CRM Integration for company start-up

The setup of the system is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I can find all of the information I need about an opportunity, it's owner, the customer contact, and related projects with a few simple clicks. I also really like the setup of our service reports - our consultant Kirsten setup the publishing of our reports so that all tasks and daily entries can be printed out with the main report as a single document which we can hand directly to our customers.
