The key factors to our success on this project were our agile approach and the team that we constructed to execute the implementation. Our project started with long demonstrations/discovery sessions that provided insights about the platform's capabilities and returned a deeper understanding of our business needs to Mountain Point. Mountain Point leveraged technology resources to frame up the milestones of the project and detail out a project plan. However, both sides had the expectation that this plan would change. Over the 18 months of the project’s life cycle, our agility to pivot the project allowed us to deliver solutions that fit the current needs of the business. In addition to hiring Mountain Point, Architectural Fabrication built an internal team of super users. The individuals on this team represented every user group within the organization. Constructing this team provided valuable feedback from the perspective of each user role and allowed us to build systems and processes in unison. This resulted in much less pain at go-live.

Mountain Point kept all members of the project team informed on progress all through the project. Worked closely with business to understand, business requirements and goal for project. Provided knowledgeable personnel all the way through the process from initiation to golive and continue to provide support to the business as required.
