Having a DAM within the organisation makes it much easier to curate images for use across teams than relying on network drives and folders. It also provides greater control over how assets are downloaded and used, including the ability to apply usage restrictions to individual assets where needed. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, so colleagues require minimal training to start using the platform. ResourceSpace offers a range of out-of-the-box integrations, with further options available through our account manager. Its roadmap for future updates is well documented, and updates are delivered regularly with minimal, if any disruption. The platform is fast and makes managing a large asset database straightforward. Support is excellent when required, typically provided by email or video call with screen sharing. On several occasions, the support team has also guided us through creating custom content flags to meet our specific requirements.

We have been utilizing managed ResourceSpace services for just over 7 years. The customer support is the finest I have had experience with across all SaaS we subscribe to.

Resource Space has proven itself as an invaluable asset to our creative team for image sharing – particularly for users outside our network. We use it all the time, and it does exactly what we want it to; finding the image we need across multiple folders spanning 10+ years saves us a lot of time.
