I think Mixmax is really easy to use once you get it set up. It's very user-friendly and dynamic. I really like the read rates and open rates it gives me, and the statistics are helpful. They allow me to understand the ROI based on what I'm sending out and what we're investing into Mixmax.

I loved how I could edit follow-up emails one by one, allowing me to change the follow-up depending on the different personas. I also liked how easy the tracker was for email count, which helped me figure out my day better knowing I had 175 emails going on their own. The initial setup was pretty seamless too.
