Nice tools to set up meeting and event quickly

I like that Mixmax is well integrated within Gmail. You don't really tell that it's there until you need it. I find the tracking of emails very useful, knowing if someone is opening my emails and if people are following the conversations I'm sending. Setting up Mixmax was easy; I used the Chrome extension, and it was easy to install, seamlessly deploying within my Gmail.

I can see when and how many times someone has open or read my emails. This gives me a useful indication of when to chase an unresponsive contact (e.g. who hasn't even opened the email) and when give a contact a couple more days (e.g. if they're re-opened the email several times)
