What I like most is how seamlessly Missive combines email, team chat, and collaboration in one place. Instead of constantly switching between Slack and Gmail, everything happens inside the same thread. The internal comments feature is especially useful - we can discuss emails privately before replying, which avoids confusion and duplicate responses.

Being able to pull in the right people using private notes without cluttering up the actual email is a game changer. Love that all our cost discussions are in one place instead of scattered across everyone's inboxes. File sharing handles our costing spreadsheets and backup docs pretty smoothly.
