I use Missive for communication, and it works quite well for email conversation with its built-in task creation and team discussion. I like its easy-to-use UI, which solves email problems that our team faced with webmail. What I liked the most is the in-email conversation feature with teams and the ability to keep an eye on emails without being tagged or CC'd. The initial setup for Missive was super easy for me.

Fixed asset work pulls in purchasing, ops, and vendors all at once - equipment purchases, disposals, transfers - and keeping track of all those moving pieces used to mean digging through different inboxes. Having it centralized makes the coordination manageable. Backup coverage has also gotten much cleaner; when I'm out, whoever's covering can handle vendor questions about asset paperwork without needing to track me down first.
