it doesn't send out the email immediately. I love the undo part

Being able to tag my colleagues in Emails rather than requiring a forward of the email.

The Team spaces is awesome , it allows us to move certain email to responsible team, that way no noise for other members. Also the fact the it can be connected to Pipedrive and Shopify is really helpful , makes your job easier. Another thing is its easy to make rules on email, triaging email is easy because of the rules we set up. even beginners can make rules. Points to improve: maybe something like a Gemini feature that while you are typing it makes suggestion on how to improve your email. Maybe to make it look modern? it has a feel of an old email.
