With Composer you have the perfect environment to create bots!

|Azure AI Bot Service
Bot Framework is not the "easier tool" to use when you're creating Bots, but if you combine it with Bot Framework Composer, then it becomes a really really useful tool. That's the most I like because the GUI of Composer actually helps a lot. Also if you want to develop your services based on Bot Framework, there is DirectLine which helps you also! and it includes a webchat that you can adapt pretty easy. Finally the NLP from Luis is really really easy to use!
